Having started his career within the food industry more than 20 years ago at Dungannon Meats, Richard has since been involved with hundreds of projects optimising the efficiency of equipment.
With operational and senior management experience to his name, Richard’s knowledge of the industry is regularly sought by manufacturers in order to maximise efficiency on the production line.
At VSM, Richard manages the relationships with key suppliers to ensure the needs of the company’s diverse client base are catered for.
With more than 20 years’ engineering experience within the food industry, Pearse has a thorough understanding of machinery requirements for businesses from a range of specialties.
Pearse began his career as apprentice at the Glanbia Group and has held senior roles for the last decade.
Having worked in the dairy and snack industries amongst others, Pearse understands the degree to which productivity can be impacted, positively or negatively by machinery failing to operate at its optimum level.
At VSM, Pearse provides ongoing engineering counsel to his clients whilst assisting with the build of machinery and provision of the relevant training.
Mechanical Engineering Supervisor
Alistair has built a career across fabrication and food manufacturing workshops encompassing a wide array of fabrication methods and specialist pipe welding and bespoke project works. He is responsible for project management and design, delivering bespoke projects for VSM clients.
Electrical Engineering Supervisor
Martin has over 20 years’ experience within a variety of processing environments including the food manufacturing sector. As a team leader he is responsible for electrical and mechanical project management, preventative maintenance works and bespoke works encompassing all forms of engineering disciplines per individual customer requirements.
Tomasz has held positions in fabrication for 15 plus years and specialises in welding of stainless steel. He works primarily on bespoke fabrication and site-specific projects including assisting design and costing. Tomasz is also part of the VSM mechanical support and project works teams.
Keith has over 30 years’ experience in electrical engineering and project management, specialising in the food sector. He is responsible for the site specific management of customers individual requirements inclusive of maintenance and focus on health and safety awareness, regulatory requirements and continual improvement.
