Conveyors and Auxiliary Equipment
Value Stream Machinery has a dedicated inhouse team of engineers to who can design, fabricate and install all the auxiliary equipment that your factory needs to facilitate your production. We design and manufacture amongst other things bespoke conveyors, gantries, rotary accumulation tables, access walkways and platforms, all to your specifications.
VSM’s auxiliary equipment can be installed as a new project, a replacement from old to new, and can be easily integrated into an existing manufacturing line as an upgrade to upscale production and output.
We design and manufacture in accordance with the BS EN 1090 standard, and our robust manufacturing and auditing processes enables us to manufacture to UKCA/CE for all our auxiliary equipment.
Conveyors
Straight, curved, incline, elevator, gravity roller….whatever your requirements, Value Stream Machinery can design and manufacture conveyors of all types for you. After an initial consultation with the customer, the whole design is done inhouse by our own experienced design engineers and then the equipment is precision engineered and constructed in our workshop to agreed specification. We manufacture both stainless steel conveyors with approved food grade belting, and galvinised steel conveyors and rollers for the warehouse, logistics and packaging industries.
We use 2D/3D CAD design software, taking into consideration the space, environment, existing equipment and your product to provide you with the best conveyor system to improve outputs, reduce the need for manual handling and lower your operational costs.
Our inhouse design team fully understand that space is at a premium in most manufacturing and warehouse facilities, so we can help optimise the layout of your premises by integrating our conveyor systems with your existing equipment.
Steel gantries and access platforms
Factory and warehouse equipment can be difficult to maintain and operate without the correct installation of access equipment. Value Stream Machinery also specialise in the design, fabrication and installation of stainless or galvanised steel gantries, access platforms and stairs.
We can shape platforms to suit room specific requirements to allow for safer and more efficient operation of your machinery and production lines.
All components are made from robust, high quality and hygienic materials and can be welded and polished to meet food grade standards to be used in high care environments.
